Sandboxes that agents work in: the contract every sandbox provider implements, with Effect’s own file system and processes inside, and the conformance suites each provider runs.
Each module’s page lists its exports by category, with their signatures and examples. The guide shows how the parts fit together.
- Network: What a sandbox exposes to the network and what it may reach.
- Sandbox: A sandbox is an isolated machine that code runs in.
- SandboxError: Errors a sandbox provider reports for operations on the sandbox itself.
- SandboxProvider: A sandbox provider creates sandboxes on one platform, such as this machine or Daytona, and resumes sandboxes it created before.
- Template: A template prepares a new sandbox, for example by installing an agent and writing its files, so that sandboxes created from it start ready.
- conformance/Fixture: What a provider gives the conformance suites.
- conformance: The test suites every sandbox provider runs against itself, so that code written against
SandboxProviderandSandboxworks the same on each.
